Every luxury listing gets a customized plan, but the framework is consistent:

Step 1 – Strategy & Positioning

We start by:

  • Clarifying your priorities: timing, pricing, privacy, and terms
  • Reviewing comparable high-end sales and current competition
  • Deciding how we want to position the home in the market (architectural, family-friendly, entertainer’s dream, legacy property, etc.)

From there, I build a written marketing plan that outlines exactly where and how your home will be promoted – online, offline, locally, and globally.

Step 2 – Preparation & Styling

We walk the property together (and/or virtually) to:

  • Identify simple staging and styling adjustments
  • Plan any minor repairs or touch-ups that will matter in photos and video
  • Decide the best time of day and season for photography and drone work

If needed, I can connect you with trusted local pros for staging, landscaping, and trade work.

Step 3 – HVRE Media Production

Once the home is ready, HVRE Media steps in to produce:

  • Still photography
  • Video and reels
  • Drone and twilight shots
  • Floor plans and 3D tour (where appropriate)

You’ll know the exact schedule and what to expect before, during, and after the shoot.

Step 4 – Launch Across Luxury Channels

When we launch, your home is presented through:

  • MLS + major portals (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
  • RE/MAX Collection / remax.com/luxury (for qualifying properties)  
  • global.remax.com for international visibility  
  • My personal sites & hubs focused on your town
