We start by:

Step 2 – Preparation & Styling
We walk the property together (and/or virtually) to:
- Identify simple staging and styling adjustments
- Plan any minor repairs or touch-ups that will matter in photos and video
- Decide the best time of day and season for photography and drone work
If needed, I can connect you with trusted local pros for staging, landscaping, and trade work.
Step 3 – HVRE Media Production
Once the home is ready, HVRE Media steps in to produce:
- Still photography
- Video and reels
- Drone and twilight shots
- Floor plans and 3D tour (where appropriate)
You’ll know the exact schedule and what to expect before, during, and after the shoot.
Step 4 – Launch Across Luxury Channels
When we launch, your home is presented through:
- MLS + major portals (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
